Zumba
Zumba Tone exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training with 1-1/2 pound toning sticks. The music comes from the following dance styles: cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, reggaeton, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip hop music, and tango.
